Why not start off by sharing a card I made a couple of days ago for The Paper Girls Challenge Blog? They host challenges twice a month and it's always fun to play along. The challenge this time is Neon Colors. A black cardstock background was a good choice to make the neon colors pop. I just used my KnockOuts punch to make some scallop borders and added a diecut tag and stickers from the Amy Tangerine 'Sketchbook' collection. A fun card that I plan to give to my niece for her birthday!
